Our handling time is 1 to 2 working days. This means that your order will be processed and prepared for shipping within 1 to 2 working days of receiving your payment.

Transit Time

The transit time for your order is 3 to 5 working days. This is the time it takes for your package to be delivered to you after it has been shipped.

Shipping Charge

The shipping charge for all standard orders is £3.99

The shipping charge for all fast track orders is £5.99.

Order Cut-off Time

The order cut-off time for Ant and Chid is 3 pm GMT. Orders received after this time will be processed and prepared for shipping on the next working day.

Working Days

Our working days are Monday to Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or national holidays.
